Just another vibey day. It is crazy to think about that this time a few years ago I couldnt even walk, and that I have grown past my old injuries . I spent an hour training, another working out, and then ended the day with Ian Eastwood's master class. LET IT BUMP!!!! Sorry no footage but def wont be the last time I take his class.
